Acquired three sections of freshly-cut beech today from a generous tree surgeon 🙂

The plan is to inoculate them with the stunningly fabulous coral tooth fungus (Hericium coralloides) I was kindly gifted by the lovely Matthew Rooney last month!

All Hericium species are very rare in the weeks in the UK so I can’t wait to see if I can get it to work for me ♡ fingers crossed!!
