Great day foraging with Bill o Dea of Mushroomstuff and Lisa Cutliffe of Edulis Wild Foods Leeds . A really nice bunch of people came with us to Theory farm.(Bill please fill in the names ).Got some tasty mushrooms and Lisa brought some of her amazing condiments to Gill & Hock .They are at Kilruddery Co Wicklow tomorrow.
