Found a few oysters last night, so it’s creamy sautéed oyster mushrooms on toast with Alan Smilies’s hogweed & allium chutney, wild garlic buds, three-cornered leek leaves & flowers, ground elder, pink purslane leaves and opposite-leaf golden saxifrage flowers for lunch today! Yummm…
