Had a brilliant day with my course group on Sunday learning about 50+ edible & medicinal plants & fungi plus several nasties to avoid – our 4-hour walk was followed by a delectable array of crackers, chutneys & 3x homemade goat’s cheeses with foraged ingredients inside, a colourful foraged salad from the day’s pickings, wild vinegars, pickles, seeds, syrups, tipples and a fresh nettle tea – with thanks to Neil, Neil and Vicky for the great photos! 🙂 Thanks for coming everyone, I had a great time!
