Join us for an afternoon of guided foraging for wild ingredients in the beautiful landscape of the sculpture park followed by making and topping our own pizzas and cooking them in my wood-fired Uuni oven ??☘??
Scotland is blessed with abundant summer fungi so we’ll go in search of edible treasure such as chanterelles and porcini mushrooms in the woods, as well as sampling all the wild tipples and tasters I’m bringing with me, plus you’ll learn how to make homemade sourdough pizza bases and lots of ways to bring delicious wild flavours into your kitchen!
The course is £55pp for a wild food foray, a hands-on wood-fired pizza workshop in an outdoor classroom and your dinner, and runs from 1230-6pm this Saturday.
You’ll be very well fed, I can promise you that! You could always come earlier in the day and look around the art park in the morning too, it’s just fabulous.
