**Last call for foraging course Christmas gift vouchers for the 2020 season!**

Give the gift of knowledge & skills to find wild, organic, nutritious, delicious food for life. At a time of year overrun with plastic, commercial, wasteful crap, why not choose to give an experience as a present instead of ‘stuff’?

Most of my courses are £50pp though you can choose any voucher amount to put towards a course of their choice, (typically between March and Nov, until the frosts) next year, mostly in Leeds, wider West / North /South / East Yorkshire, both coasts, Cumbria / Lake District, north Wales… and maybe other places, if I’m invited 🙂 I send my vouchers to you via email as a PDF so you can print it out & slip in a card if you like, as well as forwarding it on to your giftee(s) later.

There will be my standard foraging courses as well as pop-ups, collaborations, camps, fire-cooking, fermenting, preserving, crafts, all sorts. You can also look on my website and get gift vouchers for places on a specific course already published www.eduliswildfood.co.uk/courses though many more will be added in the new year.

Foraging and being outside with a gentle & wonderful purpose to your walking is such a good thing for your mental health as well as the stimulation of learning & experiencing something new, plus when you can go out on your own it’s a wonderful form of mindfulness and can also be coupled with forest therapy & generally slowing down and soaking in your environment in an intentional way.

My courses are free from single-use plastics and most of the tasters are vegetarian/vegan, though I also do meals using sustainable wild meats & seafood, as I love all wild foods.

I do hope to see you and/or someone you love on a foraging course soon 🙂
