Mmm fresh crimson cranberries gloriously glooping together with ruby jewel-bright cowberries, foraged quince jelly, crab-apple pulp, sugar, orange juice, zest and common hogweed seeds, then once it’s reached the right consistency (just thicker than I want it to end up) I’ll allow it to cool and stir in some cloveroot-infused vodka and sloe-infused port to finish 🙂 A wonderfully wild cranberry sauce for tomorrow’s #Christmas lunch ♡
