One of my favourite parts of the wild garlic plants are rising here in Leeds (UK) ♡

I love lacto-fermenting the unopened flower buds in a sprinkling of salt & their own juices that are drawn out, then pickling them in my homemade feral apple vinegar, slightly sweetened ♡

Allium ursinum, also known as ramsons ♡
