Weekend wild cocktail! The Dark Barb: stout with a shot of barberry cordial. I’m not a stout drinker but this is interesting…deep, rich, silky, chocolatey and dark berry fruity. It works! Thanks Lisa Cutcliffe for the great idea of pairing them!
