Waxing lyrical about wild garlic! ???
I love wild garlic (Allium ursinum, ramsons) it’s so generous, so versatile & fairly easy to identify ??
A little chat going through ID points; a few culinary uses for different parts & ages of the plant; habitat; and other tips ??
As always, only consider eating something you’ve foraged if you can be 100% positive of your ID & you’ve researched its edibility & preparation, use sites like First Nature to learn all the vital ID points for each plant… also it’s wise to only try a small amount the first time trying a new food… ‘if in doubt, leave it out’
