We had a great time on my seashore foraging course on Saturday 29 April! We explored one small part of the north Yorkshire coast, finding 20+ edible seaweeds, 30+ plants on the clifftops and tried delicious shellfish, wild fungi and other interesting tasters I’d bright aping to sample, culminating in an al-fresco cook-up on overlooking the bay – brilliant day!
