Wild garlic & foraged mushroom-pimped lasagne! Many of you will be cooking a lasagne sometime soon. If you’re passing some wild garlic on your ‘one form of exercise daily’, why not pop some in your dinner too? You can easily add some without changing your favourite lasagne recipe. It will go in any type of lasagne from the traditional beef mince & tomato sauce layered with the creamy cheesy white bechamel sauce, or a vegan version using soy mince or layers of mandolined veg, or even a seaweed version using layers of kelp instead of pasta… whatever savoury, layered, baked dish you’re doing, you can add some wild greens 🌱 See previous videos for wild garlic ID tips.
