Another basketful of goodies for you to identify, if you fancy! All edible and to be made into a gathered salad and other nibbles, dips, sweets & drinks for a post-walk wild food tasting on a private (hen do!) foraging course I’m running tomorrow 🙂 Also going to pickle the large pink blooms, and honey the fine-petalled yellow ones for a medicine. There’s 15 species there (not including the shrivelled-up jelly ear just peeking out bottom-right!) I’ll post the answers tomorrow eve 😉
