Another foraged fire-cooked beach feast ♡

Roadkilled partridge & pheasant, the leg meat used to make skewers with three-cornered leek flower buds sizzled in oiled spoot (razor) clan shells, and the breast meat griddled on a hot stone in the middle of the fire, served with wild cabbage, hogweed shoots and more leek flowers

I also went fossil hunting and found a couple of great ammonites, plus my guest Whitby jet ♡

Explored coasts and caves and harvested fresh seaweed, drying it in the sun to take home
