Foraged toffee-apple time! ???✨
These sweet red wilding apples were scrumped in Leeds & dipped in hawthorn berry caramel spiced with hogweed seeds, cloveroot, wild carrot seed, rosehip vinegar & served on birch twigs… I even sprayed one batch with edible gold! ???
They went down a treat with my foraging course groups on the nearest weekend to halloween ? and bonfire night ???
Also great with my wild mulled cider!?
