Made two little dishes for two from yesterday’s modest but lovely low-tide seafood catch this evening… a tellin clam & cockle chowder, followed by pan-fried spoots, black pudding, scarlet elf cups, wild garlic micro-greens and flower buds, on a bed of buttered seaweeds leeks tossed with buckwheat & sweet potato soba noodles… kinda like an ‘invention test’ round but I think they turned out reasonably well 🙂
