Making a 6-garlic pod pickle: three-cornered leek pods (some still with the white petals around them, some without, like caper-berries!), wild garlic/ramsons) pods (three blobs on each), few-flowered leek bulbils, crow garlic seeds, and chive flowers, plus jack-by-the-hedge (garlic-mustard) pods/tips for another shape and depth of flavour 🙂 Pickling all in apple cider vinegar with alexanders seeds, coriander seeds, allspice berries, lemon zest, sea salt and sugar. Looking forward to this one! 🙂
